Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026. These terms apply when you use direct.commonhealthcare.com or join Common Health Direct. By using the site or joining, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Common Health Direct is physician-led telehealth from Common Health, a Florida primary care group. Medical care is provided by Premier Healthcare Centers LP.
The service is available only to adults 18 and older who are located in: Florida.
2. Not for emergencies
This service is not for emergencies or urgent problems. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Your clinician decides
A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. Joining or paying never guarantees a prescription, a particular medication or a result.
4. Membership and billing
Month to month: $39 first month ($99/month after that).
Annual: $828 billed once a year ($69/month).
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
Medications are billed separately by the dispensing pharmacy, at the price set at prescription.

6. Compounded medications
Some medications may be compounded; please read our FAQ for important information about them.
7. Disclaimers
The information on this website is general. It is not medical advice for you. Medical advice comes only from your clinician, after a review of your health history.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Premier Healthcare Centers LP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
9. Disputes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
