How it works
All online. No office visit required.
Here is what to expect, from your first answers to your first refill. You never have to come in.
- 1
Answer a few questions online
Tell us where you live, what you want help with, and a little about your health, then choose your membership. It takes minutes, on your phone.
- 2
A physician reviews your history
A Common Health clinician reviews your health history and messages you with any questions. No appointment needed.
- 3
Medication ships to your door
If treatment is right for you, your clinician prescribes it, it ships to your door, and your care team checks in online every 4 weeks.
- 4
Your care team stays with you
Message your clinician anytime with questions about side effects, dosing or how you are feeling. Your care team checks in as your treatment progresses and adjusts your plan when needed.
What happens after you submit
You complete your medical intake online, in a few minutes. Your answers go straight to a Common Health clinician, not a sales team. Most reviews are completed within 1 to 2 business days. No office visit required.
Who reviews your case
Every prescription is reviewed and signed by a licensed Common Health physician or a clinician under physician supervision. They read your history, may order labs, and decide whether a medication is appropriate. Sometimes the answer is no, and they will tell you why and what else could help.
When a short video call is needed
Some states require a short video call before prescribing, and your clinician may ask for one if something in your history needs a closer conversation. It is still online, from wherever you are.
How refills work
Your care team checks in online about how you are feeling, side effects and progress. Check-ins are every 4 weeks while your dose is changing, then at the schedule your clinician recommends for your treatment. Your clinician adjusts your dose if needed and sends the refill. You can pause or cancel anytime.
More care when you want it
You never have to visit an office. If you ever want primary care, labs or an in-person visit, our six South Florida offices are there, with the same team and records.
Start with a few questions.
A few minutes now. A clinician takes it from there.
