Privacy policy

1. What this website stores

This website has no database and does not store your answers. Our website host, Lovable, may collect basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and for how long, which can use a session cookie. Our host's security service, Cloudflare, also sets a security cookie. These do not include your quiz or intake answers. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels.

The eligibility quiz at /start runs only in your browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere, and they are gone when you leave the page.

2. Your health intake

When you submit the health intake, your answers go directly from your browser, over an encrypted HTTPS connection, to Common Health's own secure Google Workspace. Google Workspace is covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement with Common Health.

This website does not keep or log your answers. Only the Common Health care team uses them, to review your care.

3. Payments

Membership payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure payment form. Stripe receives your name, email and payment details. Stripe never receives your health information.

Stripe's form sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

4. Once you are a patient

Once you become a Common Health patient, your health information is protected health information under HIPAA. It is handled under Common Health's Notice of Privacy Practices.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
