Refund and cancellation policy

1. Month to month

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not give refunds for partial months.

2. Annual

The annual plan is paid up front with a 14-day refund window. It is not refundable after that window.

If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund.

3. If online care isn't right for you

If your clinician decides online care isn't right for you, we refund your membership payment in full.

4. Medications

Medications are billed by the pharmacy, not through your membership, and are not refunded through the membership. For pharmacy questions, contact the pharmacy listed on your prescription label.

5. How to cancel

Call (877) 465-4494 or email info@commonhealthcare.com. Please include your name and the email you used at checkout.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may try again and email you to update your card. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be canceled.
