How it works

Four steps, all online.

  1. 1

    Answer a few questions online

Tell us where you live, what you want help with, and a little about your health, then choose your membership. It takes minutes, on your phone.

  2. 2

    A physician reviews your history

A Common Health clinician reviews your health history and messages you with any questions. No appointment needed.

  3. 3

    Medication ships to your door

If treatment is right for you, your clinician prescribes it, it ships to your door, and your care team checks in online every 4 weeks.

  4. 4

Your care team stays with you

Message your clinician anytime with questions about side effects, dosing or how you are feeling. Your care team checks in as your treatment progresses and adjusts your plan when needed.

Why Common Health

Online first. Physicians always.

All online, in minutes

Sign up, intake and clinician messaging happen on your phone. Most reviews are completed within 1 to 2 business days. No appointment needed.

Care that continues

This is not a one-time prescription. Message your care team anytime, get regular check-ins, and have your dose adjusted as you go. Real clinicians, not a chatbot.

Real physicians behind it

Every prescription is reviewed and signed by a licensed Common Health physician or a clinician under physician supervision.

More care when you want it

Optional: primary care, labs and in-person visits at six South Florida offices. Same team, same records.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

All questions
Who is eligible?

Adults who live in a state we serve. A Common Health clinician reviews your health history and decides whether a treatment is appropriate. The short quiz on this site does not decide that.

Do I have to come into an office?

No. Everything can be done online. Offices are there if you ever want them.

Can I reach my clinician after I start?

Yes. Your membership includes ongoing access to your Common Health care team. Message them anytime with questions about side effects, dosing or how you are feeling; they reply during business hours. If you ever want to see someone in person, our six South Florida offices are there, with the same team and records. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Do I need insurance?

No. Many patients pay the manufacturer self-pay price. If you have insurance, tell us and your care team can help you understand your options.

Is my information private?

Your intake answers go directly to Common Health's secure systems and are handled like any medical record. This website does not store them.

Start with a few questions.

A few minutes now. A clinician takes it from there.
